Xavier Segri

Xavier comes from the corporate world, where he led executive management roles in Engineering and Business Development in Europe and Asia for ZF Group, global leaders within the new mobility and autonomous driving industry. During his career, Xavier spent ten years in Asia, where he led the Asian region for ZF, in charge of developing group strategy and setting up regional sales and advanced engineering organization, managing over €600m annual sales revenue. From its past experiences, Xavier demonstrated a strong track record in developing businesses from scratch and developed a global understanding of high-technology industrial environment constrain linked to IoT businesses. Xavier holds an Engineering degree and Executive MBA from London Business School.

Ofir Dagan
Ofir is the Co-Founder and CEO of Movmenta and leads the business development, structuring, legal, finance and expansion of the company in front of its clients in the sports industry, as well as general management.
In the last 25 years, Ofir founded, owned, and managed companies with expertise in the global trading of commodities, seeds, food and beverages, retail markets, renewable energies, pet food and animal feed production. He is experienced with production, operations, sales, turnarounds, and restructuring. Ofir was a Director at the Restructuring department within ED&F MAN (6k employees, $5.5b revenue); he founded and was part of the management team of the Biotech start-up Ron Tamir Seeds (2008-2017). Ofir holds B. Sc. in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University (Israel) and Executive MBA from London Business School.
CTO
Nicolas Baratollo
Nicolas is the CTO of Movmenta and leads the R&D of the hardware and software of the company.
Nicolas is a mechanical engineer from Arts et Métiers Paristech (France), founded several companies in the robotics industry: Colib (robotics within the retail logistics industry), Optogen (medical devices) and Optostone (engineering consulting). Overseeing the whole product design and technical development, Nicolas has a broad vision of mechanics, electronics, and embedded software and complete experience in leading technical projects from ideas to real-life products.

Jonathan is an international CFO and NED, expert at leading businesses through strategic change in both high growth and turnaround environments. His career spans energy and renewables, commodities, agri-industrial, telcos, cleantech, foodtech and digital assets across the FTSE100, Fortune 100 and private companies and he has significant business development, M&A and capital investment expertise.
Jonathan has operated as an NED on the boards of listed and private portfolio companies. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds an MA in Law from Cambridge University.
Medical Advisor
Fosca De Lorio
Fosca is a pharmaceutical physician with more than fifteen years successful experience in the industry, holding roles of increasing responsibilities at country and global level and across and in different therapeutic areas. During her time in the industry, Fosca has provided strategic direction throughout product lifecycle, developed Phase 3b/4 clinical trials, established medical education initiatives and initiated and directed medical capabilities enhancement programmes.

Prior to joining the industry, Fosca gained ten years clinical practice experience as a Consultant of Internal Medicine, and worked in a clinical research organisation in Verona Hospital as clinical trial physician for phase I-III studies.
Fosca qualified in Medicine in Rome and obtained her Specialty Training in Internal Medicine and PhD in Clinical and Experimental Medical Sciences at Verona University. She completed her Specialty Training in Pharmaceutical Medicine in the UK, after receiving her Diploma in Pharmaceutical Medicine from the Free University of Brussels. Fosca holds an executive EMBA at London Business School.

As a member of Global Woman, she advises startups and young entrepreneurs worldwide on sustainable growth and recycling innovations.

Illai Gescheit
Illai is a serial entrepreneur, venture advisor and investor. He spends his career building businesses and working with entrepreneurs in diverse areas such as smart mobility and climate technologies. Illai was a Venture Partner at Siemens Energy Ventures and previously was an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at BP where he built the strategy and the venturing units of the organizations and helped build next generation sustainability and impact ventures. IIllai is an inventor of over 20 patents and his entrepreneurial story was featured in the Harvard-MIT book publication Entrepreneurial Negotiation. Illai developed the ZIZO (Zoom In Zoom Out) design methodology and he is a Guest Lecturer at London Business School.
