Movmenta develops IoT within the sports industry by implementing new technology sensors and data intelligence, helping reduce injuries and enhancing athlete performances.

With its first product “SOLLO”, Movmenta developed a smart sensor (patented) integrated in running footwear. The company works hand in hand with athletic brands to develop tailored made Applications that could provide users with historical data, projections, and the remaining usage of their footwear in different sports activities through smart devices.

Movmenta’s first product line (SOLLO) addresses a few problems in one solution by using advanced sensors inside athletic footwear to measure the sole absorption to inform users of their footwear condition and the point when the footwear performance is declined.

RECYCLING

The global footwear production is 22 billion pairs of shoes, while more than 95% is burned or dumped in landfills.
Movmenta provides key technological solutions to that environmental challenge. In this regard, Movmenta's mission is to support the recycling process of footwear by tracking and providing big data analysis of recycled footwear to institutions, consumers and brands.
